SNOT!

Workout:  2 Miserable Miles

All I have done all day is blow my nose!

This is how I feel!

We had a sad attempt at a run this morning.  We finished 2 of our planned 4 miles, but it felt like 50!

 
I'm pretty sure this is what we looked like!


I decided we needed to fine tune our training schedule.  We have missed too many runs and sadly are not picking up where we left off!  Runner's World still says we should be able to finish our March half marathon in 2:10:04.  We will see!

This is our new schedule for the week.  I'm not diggin' that 8 miles on Saturday!

Hmmm, what else do I have to bitch about?  I'm sure I could come up with something.


Instead I will leave you with this....

  3. @Randee - It was a low mile weekend until I changed the training plan! Now it has us at 8!
