Three Things Thursday

Workout:  Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones" DVD.  It was horrible & horrendous.

I have seen several blogs do "Three Things Thursday."  I like it.  I'm going to do it.  This is Angie by the way.  I'm pretty sure Randee forgot we have a blog.

What is Three Things Thursday you ask?  It is the day when I tell you three random facts about myself.  What else would make Thursday more exciting?  Oh yes, the fact that Friday is tomorrow!

So without any further ado, I bring you my first addition of Three Things Thursday.

1.  I am married to a stud muffin.

I think this picture speaks for itself.
2.  To elaborate on how I got so lucky in reference to #1, I met my husband in Cancun.  I was on a girl's trip.  He was on a guy's trip.  We met.  We married.  We started a family.  We lived happily ever after.

This is not when we met.  This is not Cancun.  But it is us and it is by the ocean.

3.  Since I seem to have a common theme here today, I will tell you that Doug and I have a very serious relationship.

Nothing but prim and proper behavior around this house.  Also, no wine allowed.
Now wasn't that exciting!  Tune in next week folks when we learn three more thrilling things about yours truly.

Where did you meet your significant other?  If you're still looking, where are you trying to find Mr. or Ms. Right?

  1. That first picture of Doug is very "Basic Instinct". And I met my significant other in Tom Bean Tx. It's a big place, so it was fate that we ever even crossed paths.

  2. Alecia... the picture you referenced (above) was the only one that survived the grand jury phase of a very litigious period of our marriage. One of the pictures actually did inspire the Sharon Stone "uncross-cross-recross" scene and that "itch" with a "b" owes me royalties. I want my money Sharon Stone!

  3. I love this :)

My hubby and I met when we were (newly) 18 -- introduced by *gasp* our parents at freshman orientation. My mom and his stepmom were friends (and had lost touch). Of course, we hated each other. 6.5 years later we got married. Definitely fate.

  4. HEHEH! I love the pics!

Craig and I met at a college church function in San Jose, CA where he was interning. It was a total fluke that we even met! We were at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and I called out two friends on a lie, and was about to belt one of them! He saw me at my absolute worst, but we had the most fun! We later had 2 non-dates where we fell in love with each other, and we married the next year. We've been married for 15.5 years!
