I like the grey belt the best. It would match all of my running clothes.
Sarah, email me at btchyrunners@gmail.com by noon on Friday, August 2 to claim your prize!

Don't fret if you didn't win.  We have another super, awesome giveaway coming up soon!

Marathon Training - um yeah, that didn't happen today.  Moving on....

WHINE!

Take a seat.  I have some earth shattering news to share with you.  Seriously.  Sit . Down.

I have nothing to whine about this morning.  I know. I can't believe it either.  Instead I am going to tell you a runners nursery rhyme.

**WARNING** If feet gross you out, scroll down at your own risk!

The moral of this nursery rhyme?

I like to wear my Injinji toe socks to save my toenails.

It apparently doesn't work.  It also causes my running peeps to make fun of me.  I cry, but I wear them anyways.  They make me feel special.
WINE

I found this wine at Costco.

According to Doug Michel Chapoutier, the wine maker, makes very good wines.  According to Angie, when I drink this wine it taste yummy.  That's our tasting notes in a nut shell.  Get yourself to Costco.  You don't have to have a membership to buy wine, so NO excuses.  It's less than $10 a bottle, so that's a cheap hangover.  On your mark.  Get set.  GO!

I'm off to the chiropractor to hopefully loosen up my entire left side.  Why the heck is it so tight?  Now if my butt was tight I would not complain, but of course it jiggles with the wind.

What's your Whine and Wine for the week?

  1. Ha! I love it! I insist on always keeping on my blood red nail polish just to try to hide how sad my toes are looking these days.

  2. "You don't have to have a membership to buy wine at Costco"

To qualify this remark, this is true if you live in TEXAS (Thanks T.A.B.C.).

So if you live in Texas, you CAN go buy wine at Sam's Club or Costco without a membership.

The law may be different in your state, country, planet, etc..

  3. I actually had to go buy darker nail polish because my second toes are black. What the heck!!! My daughter thinks there is something seriously wrong with my feet... Every time she see them (we do our toes together, she's 3) she gasps real loud and covers her mouth with her hand. Confidence booster.
