Marathon Training Week 3 - Day 1
Yogilates was on the agenda this morning at 4:45am.

| This seemed like a good idea at the time. |
I finally got a super thick yoga mat, and that made several of the moves much more comfortable!
Sunday afternoon my parents and my brother and his family came down to visit. We met for lunch at Joe's Pizza, Pasta and Subs. Trent loves this place!

| No gluten free pasta on the menu, so I had this house salad. Meh. |
Then everyone came over to the house to swim.

| Then we had a little family hammock time. |

Then there was a jumping / splashing contest.

That evening a huge storm rolled in. I cooked up some turkey burgers and black beans.

| I put my burger on the gluten free Udi bread. Love that stuff! I added tomatoes, fresh cilantro and a sprinkling of shredded cheese to my black beans. Super good! |
