Maybe a 5 or 6 miler at my goal pace and then I would do a tempo run or sprint run on the other day.

I'm definitely no expert, but if you are already running a 2:15 half, I would scrap that run at the 10:51 pace and change it out for something else.Paula @ Eat: Watch: Runhttp://www.eatwatchrun.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3743741865515468837.post-25730498027962680442011-03-29T19:57:24.222-05:002011-03-29T19:57:24.222-05:00I agree with Lesley that you should try some runs ...I agree with Lesley that you should try some runs at goal pace. I need to get better at that too. I'm not one of those girls that can just whip out a pace that's 45 seconds less than what I'm used to running at come race day.Jill@Run for the Hillshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13377754234428173139noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3743741865515468837.post-83093362710120008942011-03-29T19:18:56.763-05:002011-03-29T19:18:56.763-05:00I want to run that one. I'll be behind ya. I plan to take that one easy. Good luck!!!!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
